I'm glad that you enjoyed the read, and I'm always willing to share tips, tricks and techniques.

On a side note, I never said that the third helmet ( the most recently posted one ) was for my son. It's for another 5 year old that's been working so very hard on a Jango costume.

Speaking of which, here's some updated pics of that helmet. I'm finished with the primer now, as the ear cap and RF stalk didn't have any in these pics. I'm starting on the paint as we speak and then this helmet will be packaged up and shipped out on Friday. The part that really freaks me out the most though, is that this helmet weighs in at a mere 1 pound.
