I took a brief/short break from working on my helmet, and got some more done on my sons. I was spured on to finish his when I over heard him and his best friend talking about what they were going as for Halloween. His friend told him that he was dressing up as a cop, to which my son exclamed... "I'm going as a Star Wars dude!!" It brought tears of joy to my eyes. **sniff...**

Anyways, this is what I've got done on his helmet so far. It still needs some more work on the dome, and the rear keyslots need to be made and installed.

Now... on to the pics!!

This is before the second coat of compound and before the earcaps were made/installed.

With the earcaps installed and almost completed. ( still need to make the angled bits at the bottoms of both ears )
