Ok i was just reading off the thread that it had been primed, bondo'd, re-primed with filler primer, and the krylon ocean blue has been painted. Just wondered where the bondo was applied?

So after you sand down the Metal finish look, then you tape off and make the area to be painted as smooth as possible with primer and bondo???

any pics or updates on this lid? I am looking at one of the cold cast ones myself but do not think I should start out with an expensive one to mess up!!!
