Sorry I'm late to the party this just poped up in my email.
I the 5'-3" templates need to be printed on 8.5X11 paper. In the Acrobat print menu select 8.5X11" paper and then sellect the "FIT" option. This will force it to print on 8.5X11 paper.
Most people just use a standard printer...
If you are a Costco member, you can get some great heavy cardstock for free. The use it as a seperator for the paper products, some times Gatorade products. When I'm shopping I keep an eye out for the good stuff, not all of it is usable. The good stuff is fairly thick and smooth, other stuff...

Check to make sure you accounted for the material thickness. You might have to trim the scaffolding. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help
The line you are pointing to is the final outline, the arc can be used as a to help shape the curve of the sides before cutting out the cheeks.

These are just the Futaba control wheels, the other RC manufacturers had there own versions. These wheels are something that would have been easy to come by in a SPFX house, every servo came with a selection of control horns. Years ago I use to have a box of them. Just a thought.
