Check to make sure you accounted for the material thickness. You might have to trim the scaffolding. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help

The line you are pointing to is the final outline, the arc can be used as a to help shape the curve of the sides before cutting out the cheeks. Hope that helps. Alan

These are just the Futaba control wheels, the other RC manufacturers had there own versions. These wheels are something that would have been easy to come by in a SPFX house, every servo came with a selection of control horns. Years ago I use to have a box of them. Just a thought.

None of the references I have has enough detail. But Futaba has different sizes. Here is a 1.75 Dia servo control wheel.
