I am no longer trooping or doing any Cosplay so this kit is now up for sale. I also have a Cruzer gauntlet kit I picked up off BKBT that I was going to redo the gauntlets with. Edit: It is now posted in the Cargo Hold.

This is a fine art that you will learn over time. Each time you do it, it gets better. Follow what Mullreel said though, he is spot on (as always). The last time I did mine, I think it came out absolutely perfect.

I know there are advanced plans and builds taking place on the R2builders forum. You could probably find all you want and more on there.

Definitely cut it a little big so you have extra to glue or mount it to.

Your armor spacing as Mike M. pointed out and also- your hoses need to be blue not white. Overall you are looing good.

2 years later... the old armor is hanging in there great and the damage just makes it look better. I did a parade yesterday in 90+ degree heat and man was it hot! Seeing myself on the 5 o'clock news and I'm starting to think I may need to re-dye my flight suit though. Of note- it's good to know...
