I used sintra board for mine. And am merc and 501st approved. Gota say, it is strange to see kal helmets. My costume was used by a few LFL artists for pics they did of Kal. All those costumes out there are reproductions of my work. You almost have my weathering down to the T.

No clue what I am going to do with the westars. I was thinking after a TON of clean up. I would Rub'nBuff the barrel and who know for the grip. If you have any idea or some one does, please post away :)

Just You :) Ya can't go by the ones that they are turned to the side. In one, the left looks bigger in one the right does. You would have to put them back to back to tell if there is a size dif. Cause the side shots make it look bigger due to the visor area.
