Are the stencils for the mandibles supposed to wrap over the edge that directly contacts the visor? I'm struggling with understanding how to paint those edges. Also applies to the top part of the visor.

Yes, I tried those out......great job. They are very close. That's the only thing I could see working.....ie. shifting the stencil as you go. I'm glad to know others have had to do this. Thanks.

With it in the helmet, you can slightly see through it........I think I've answered my own question. Do the T-visor.com visors meet the 'smoke gray' requirement, if I specify it?

Thanks, but the Shade 5 is green, from what I see, and I can't seem to find a 'smoke grey' welder's shield for Level II. Or am I missing something? The Acklands store I visited said they only had green shields, too.
