Regarding your hip pouches, personally Ive never been a fan of the split flap loop style. I posted a thread a little while back describing, in my opinion, the correct way to loop the side pouches
Debunking Belt loop on ROTJ Hip Pouches..?
The knee darts are made by Mojo Fett (or Russrep). The threaded insert goes into the back and the nut tightens it to your knee pads
The gauntlet darts are also by Mojo Fett.
The Boot Spikes are by RussRep. He provided rivets to puncture inside your shoe sole.
The Ammo Belt was made by...
The timing gear (with teeth removed) was mentioned to be a possible candidate awhile back (Boba Fett Blaster ESB)

I would agree that the "blue" is more for 'stun' or 'disable', as in ESB the Ion Cannon is shoots a blue laser to disable the SD. Red is more for 'kill'. Course they could just be playing with the colors for fun and not really care about continuity.
It was mentioned that it could be a Myford Lathe switch box, either the 'on/off' push button or a 'forward/reverse' switch box. However searching through Myford switches hasn't turned up anything close.

it's for the supertrooper, but it is likely to be consistent with ESB.
