Although, this Zam has been sold long ago and it wasn't complete then. And unfortunately I don't know any progress since then. I'll post what I still got left of this project and actually I am working on new parts. So maybe I'll get the new WIP posted soon.
Some pictures of Cummerbund belt.
I bougth these boot hooks from Germany but didn't buy the bottom part. And the time I started making the belt I couldn't find the parts anywhere. So had to buy another set which was closest I could find on the internet then. Too bad, these hooks were perfect...
Looks pretty crafty and hose part in the neck is under gaffer tape and again another part I have no picture of. I guess towards the end I got tired of the whole project I stopped taking pictures.
Now it has coat of Rub'n'Buff

Various stages of the helmet. After finishing with the base, I gave it a coat of resin to harden it up. Then the top got layers of P38 (car body filler here in the UK)
Thin layers every time followed by vigorous sanding.
