Hi guys. Can someone tell me how many sheets of A1 sized Expended Cell PVC I'd need to build all the armour shapes of a fett style armour. I understand 3mm is the way to go but unsure how many sheets I'd need to purchase. I'm a average build 5 feet 10. Thanks in advance Peej

Thanks for your reply. I agree, the body filler does look thick in places, but in other parts on the dome it's down to the frame. Its the only way i could get a nice shape that was more like a human head. It's my third attempt at just the dome and all the templates I tried were just half sphere...
