I dyed mine with Rit dye (one package of purple,two packages of Denim Blue and one package of Navy Blue)I had to dye it twice to get it as dark as I wanted it but it turned out awesome! It started out totally white. Later, Ron btw:I wore my boots for the first time on Sat.and they are GREAT!

I love mine also.I bought a second one though(Ebay) and it turned out to be a '97 .The box said '96 but the helmet said '97.I was PISSED!!I even asked the guy what date was"cast into the back of the halmet" What a jack a$$!

I went around and bought about 10 tubes.I still have 9 1/2 left.LOL The stuff really goes far.You should probably get two just in case so you can practice first. Ron
