You shouldn't have that kind of trouble printing out a curved surface, what type of printer are you using? Alsoyou try printing it using supports and see if that helps, I've found that non-flat surfaces sometimes come out better when you add supports.

Here's a few pieces of advice for you. 1. Smooth/polish down the head(s) on your hammer(s). Those dings will go away if you get rid of edges and blemishes on your hammer heads. 2. Choke up your grip on the hammer. Your strikes are going all over the place from the looks of your shin armor...

Get rid of the shin-guard sports armor, and use some Jango shin plates. Other than that, everyone else is pretty spot on. You may also want to lose that Boba cod plate and go with the smaller Jango plate. It's going to be MUCH more comfortable for the enclosed thigh plates your using.
