Thanks to the generosity of a friend here on the boards, I've been able to get a hold of some orange duck cloth which will relieve me from bleaching brown canvas, thus cutting production time way down. As soon as that arrives in the mail, production will start back up and capes will start going...

If I'm not mistaken, I think the cape is kind of sandwiched between the collar piece and the backplate. Btw, what part of NC are you from?
