Thank you! It was fun to try and trace those differences. Having said that, I know that my build will not be "screen accurate" in that I have taken some liberties in the final look and feel of it. But it's a really enjoyable journey!

The first “rough” Carbonite layer. The reason I had 3 previous layers of the smooth Carbonite was that I want this layer to dry showing depth of the layers underneath. Will probably do one more rough layer and call it done.

Han was from KingJawa and came in 3 pieces. Glued it to the box, and reinforced with screws around the cast. Using 2 part epoxy putty, I sealed the entire edge around Han to the board, covering the screw heads and ensuring a smooth transition to the board.
