Papa Fett Update: He has officially hit 10 troops! Here's a photo from our last troop for the opening week of The Rise of Skywalker. There is me (Vader), my wife (TK), my kids (Jawas), and my Father in Law (Boba Fett, aka Papa Fett).

I have started the process. Just received the Han mold and will be working on it this week. Hoping to have it done by the end of November. Thanks again for sharing your experience with your build.

Just found this thread and it is awesome! My wife and I have been talking about this for a while now of doing something like this to one of our basement doors. After seeing this, I'm definitely placing an order and getting started!

Papa Fett's first troop is in the books! He did great along with my wife (TK). It was a 3+ hour troop and they made it the entire time. Boba was a huge hit and he signed his first autograph. Needless to say he is hooked! Troop #2 coming up this Friday.
