I'ts a rubies ,that the previous owner filled in the seems. And it was accross the ears. Painting was still a lot of work, and there are some spots I don't like, but I have been told there is a three foot rule!:lol: I also added a new darker lense. The picture of the helmet with the rangefinder...

Well he sustained a little battle Damage last night, helemet lense popped on one side, some velcro failure, Gauntlet plastic fatigue etc. but he had a great time, and lots of reocognition with rave reviews!

He's 7 and loves it!! Adding the jetpack tonight for his first party, so we'll see how it goes!!

Not sure if i should post this here, but we arepretty proud of how it has turned out! helmet, westars before and after and his first fitting.

Any Thoughts? I am currently using hobbico liquid mask, and am none to happy with it. Seems I need to put several coats on before I feel comfrtable painting over it, then scraping off seems like more trouble. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks

Just strted painting an ESB, using the suggested colors. Found everything but the merlot and the mustard for the killstripes. But my question, anyone have ideas for the gray above the silver in spray paint? Trying for the true layered look.
