I know what you mean. I must've spent months tracking down all the parts and you can't even see them! Good work on the cradle and if you have any better leather for mine that would be great!

I used most of the original riot police helmet parts but made modifications. Can't remember exactly but I did add the popper and double d-rings on the other side. You can see more detail in an older post...

Rebuild of Boba Fett mannequin complete. Some minor work to the right gauntlet and helmet interior, jetpack beacon installed... he's never looked so good! Here's a shot under the hood.

ESB upgrade 6 Jul: Clothears vest with grommets/eylets and plastic screws/thumbscrews Finally, I have the armor attached to the vest with grommets/eyelets and plastic screws/thumbscrews. I had a lot of help from Robotarot, so thank you Pete! I decided not to use the large brass grommets seen...

Also upgraded to a metal rocket and hope to tackle the Ever Ready light soon. I hope it fits! The Clothears vest that I got a while back turned out to be too small for the old mannequin once the jetpack harness was on so they made me a new bigger one. Now that I've switched to a slimmer...

ESB Boba Fett costume upgrades. Latest upgrade 21 June - New mannequin I had to ditch that mannequin as it was just too tall and way to broad/bulky. Looked like Boba Fett on steroids once assembled. Luckily I had a spare mannequin that was a bit slimmer but the pose wasn't good so I've chopped...

Good advice, thanks. So your grommets are about half the size of the ones on the exhibit vest photos and Rafal's blueprints. Yours are more like the ones in the Costumes book. There's one more at the center bottom of the ab plate by the way.

I'm definitely not the most skilled when it comes to fiberglassing!!!
