some people buy a short sleeve and long sleeve coveralls to make on suit. If your budget is tight you can buy the short sleeve coverall then buy the matching shirt to make sleeves and thigh pouches

Hey GCNgamer128, do you have a pattern(pdf) for the thigh pouches on the jumpsuit....I am going the dickies route as well.

Great helmet, I think you are missing the decal on the right ear...the circle w/ the line.

I would like to see where the quads join...I agree w/ jimmy buffet right angles seem most logical

The helmet is more of an elipse....if it was a hemi the triangles would have the same vertex...I think that is why you break into quadrants. 10 triangles in a quad does seem pretty tough to cut and fit. can you post some pics?

I think you guys are talking about this shot...the jumpsuit is seems shiny. I believe it is the film maybe a little overexposed. IMO I think the Flightsuit is matte not shiny.
