I upgraded a few parts for better accuracy, added more of a wood grain to the grips, made a completely new and more accurate barrel cleaner tool, I also rebuilt the side rail as it was too flat, very happy with the results.

Really nice work on the prep and fitting the borden and magnets, the extra effort will really show in the finished helmet, but isn't your RF ROTJ instead of ESB? :thumbsup:
If you are determined to use the rattlecan colours you can achieve good results by taking your time with applications and weathering, the armour is the darker shade with the helmet and gauntlets being lighter. One tip I have used many times with weathering is buffing the paint very lightly...
It really depends what you're looking to achieve in terms of finish, accurate, or good enough, the original helmet base colour is different from that of the chest armour and other pieces. Whichever you decide the best way to determine a colour from a rattlecan is to test it on something. Good luck
