Foam is easy and you can cut in imperfections so they are not perfect boxes.

Wet sanding will actually make it dull, even if you use 2000 grit. I have wet sanded clear coats followed by a cream polish and foam polishing cone on the end of a drill. Then buff with a microfiber rag, just like if you were polishing a car. That makes the clear coat like a mirror. Not sure...

Looking good. I like that side arm. I actually did the knees the same way with the velcro all along the inside and on the ends of the straps. Great progress!

Ha! The gloves are horrible. They do look a bit pink in the pics, but in person it is more of a beige. It was a botched fade job, and rather than try to fix it I am going to get a nice pair of St. Nasty's whenever they become available. Nothing says B.A. bounty hunter like a pair of pink gloves!
