Hey All, recently picked up some armor that someone was passing along and it didn't come with the shoulder caps. Seems these had threaded caps. Is there a specific size? Where can I get replacement ones?

Anyone figure out if there's a way to work with a USB charger? It seems to think the charge is full so it shuts off automatically, I've checked it and it works if powered directly to the USB of my laptop so I know the electronics work.
