You can find the markers at a hobby store. I used it on my helmet and it was way easier than other methods i had tried but as propreplicator said it does make it hard not to have rounded edges unless you are extremely careful. I just thought of this, you might try to cut the tip with a razor...

Why in the world would you want to mess up a perfectly good helmet? :) I have used the red bondo putty for part of my blaster but it did dry quick,shrink, and crack.
Slave 1 looks like some compition. Hope everyones happy with either version they both sound great! I love my home made ones but i wouldn't do another pair for either price. Too much work involved!
I used 2 large safety pins. Put one through both hoses at the top and then put that one through another up under the sleeve that is attached wherever you want it. It has worked fine for me.
