Can you guide me in the direction of 3D helmet painting?

Hello all, I am definitely new to the game and enjoying every bit of it. I have recently attempted my first jango helmet that is still in progress and about to start a 3D printed Mandalorian Imperial super commando. Will be looking forward to speaking with many of you on these processes.
