    Weathering flight suit

We apply dry and rub to give that smeared effect. The flight suit will soon moisten with the spray so no real need to wet the suit first.

    Weathering flight suit

We have used these on our costumes in the past, I have just used it to weather our new Boba Fett costume. They are very good for making costumes look dusty and dirty. They come in a good range of colours and different sized cans. A 400ml can is just about enough to to a complete Boba Fett...

    balaclava/cowl question/mystery

Hi everyone, it's great to hear the hood being discussed. Thank you to Ord Mantell (Eric), Funkyred/Killstrpe (Elliott) for showing off my progress so far. More photos can now be seen on my Website or Facebook page. Just to let you know where I am up to. From the feedback I have received so...

General Clothears ESB Boba Flight Suit Vest Review

We weren't actually comparing our suit to any Tk armour in particular, a quick look on ebay showed us that armour ranges from about £650 to just over £1k, some of which (granted) had lineage but most didn't. We said about £800 as a rough price. We are not sure what you mean by 'you're comparing...

General Clothears ESB Boba Flight Suit Vest Review

Thank you to James, Keegan and Danzo for your support and comments. Also apologies to James, this thread was started by him to show off his new suit and vest (which he was obviously very pleased with) to his friends and fellow Fett fans but it has become a discussion about the costs being...

Boushh New Boushh costume WIP - Finished helmet pics added

We've been making progress on our new Clothears Boushh helmet. After having several problems with suppliers we are now almost ready for painting. We have finally received the aluminium stalk greeblies after months of chasing which look fantastic but unfortunately a couple of the other parts from...

Boushh New Boushh costume WIP - Finished helmet pics added

Thanks for the kind words guys, makes the effort worth while we've been working on Boushh costumes for over 6 years, this version has been going on for about 2 years but it's getting close now. This is the first time we have (will be) producing our own helmet kits.

Thanks to RS Propmasters for helping out with the Vac forming. We are making a few tweaks at the moment but the second test pull should be ready...

Boushh New Boushh costume WIP - Finished helmet pics added

Thanks for all the kind comments guys, here's a little more progress for you. We have just finished the sculpt for our Boushh helmet, Jude's been working on this for months, sculpting, measuring, scaling from the model parts, then photographing and overlaying. The helmet has got so many...

Boushh New Boushh costume WIP - Finished helmet pics added

Well it's been a while since my last post, but we finally have the bandoleer completed. This part has been in progress for a long time just due to all the model pieces that were required (and the fact that the work on our Boba flightsuit and vest have been eating into our time) but Jude and I...

    Accurate vest discussion

Hello As Kurtyboy said we have been watching this thread with interest. We have been members of TDH for a little while now but we are relatively new to the Fett costume construction, we have been working on Boushh for the past 6 years and have striven for accuracy in every detail inside and out...
