BOBA VEST MATERIAL TACKLE TWILL GROUP ORDER

Loanstar, any update on the availability of the Webster ROTJ tackle twill? Just wondering. I haven't been on the board every day this summer and didn't want to miss out.

DAZ said 3 yards is what I need. So you could include me for that amount. Let me know if this order can be placed and when/how to pay.

BOBA VEST MATERIAL TACKLE TWILL GROUP ORDER

I'd be in. I listed a WTB for just such a thing on July 17th, but knew 25 yards was too much. I need to check with BobaMaker on how many yards he needs for one flak vest and I'll get back to you.

    Boba ROTJ First Draft Complete

Yeah, love that JP. Same guy in Cali did the gauntlets -- recognize 'em? Sorry I had to temporarily use the seatbelt, but didn't have time to acquire a US diver's buckle in time for Oct 31. Believe me, that's going away as it's the equivalent of drawing a beard on the Mona Lisa.

    Boba ROTJ First Draft Complete

Sorry guys. I forget that I'm not writing to just any audience here. I preferred the markings on the ESB helmet, but liked the color of the ROTJ Fett. So, several of the guys on TDH said this was an "approved" combo.

    Boba ROTJ First Draft Complete

Thanks to many of the talented TDH members, I completed my first draft ROTJ Boba last October just in time for Halloween and am just now getting around to posting pix. It took me 6 months to acquire what I consider some of the highest quality props available to the Fetting community. You're a...

    Ebay seller (Cucblack)

I bought chest, knee armor and shoulder bells from him and they looked good. Knees were very brittle, though and one began to crack while I applied the resin darts. I still have the armor, but don't use it. I use my stuff I got from various TDH guys as it's top quality and durable. Also got...

    ROTJ right gauntlet hoses

Everyone here's so darned innovative. $7 sink squirter hoses and Drokkul's armband technique. I love this forum!

    ROTJ right gauntlet hoses

Aww. Those look perfect. I'm off to Home Depot as soon as my new gauntlets from Slave1Pilot arrive next week! Thanks for the pic.

    ROTJ right gauntlet hoses

What kind of hose are you using and where'd you get it. I'm about to fix mine up and a quick check at Lowe's produced mostly plumbing hoses that were printed in blue type. I don't think I want them to have printing on them and couldn't tell if it could be removed or not.

    ROTJ right gauntlet hoses

TK-409 has a tutorial on his website that shows, I believe, sewing in a couple pieces of elastic cord into a loop and then making an angled slit in the end of the hose and attaching them up under the outer sleeve of the flightsuit. As it comes from his site, it should be a pretty well...

slave1pilot paints a set of ROTJ gauntlets

Yeah, but guys....remember...it's never "just another one" when that JP is YOURS. And this one is mine. And it's going to be an original "Slave1Pilot" work of art. No one can downplay that. It's a thing of beauty (so much so that my 11 and 6 yr old think S1P's JPs really work!!! -- I've had...

slave1pilot paints a set of ROTJ gauntlets

I'm absolutely amazed. And, very proud to call these my own. I can't imagine having a more accurate set of gauntlets. Thanks to S1P for his talent and dedication to this board and for the detailed progress thread. It's been fun to watch.

a question about an ebay seller

Before discovering TDH, I bought his knee, shoulder, chest armor and a flak vest and flightsuit. I agree with those who have reported long shipping times. He tries really hard to warn buyers in his listings as customs can hold up things from Bolivia to the US. My order took almost one month...

slave1pilot paints a set of ROTJ gauntlets

All right!!! This is the moment I've been waiting for! These are mine. And I knew I'd chosen the right guy to do the paintjob, but how about that great "forensic analysis". I'm no expert on the details, but I'm hoping all of this adds up to being some pretty realistic casting. I'm new to...
