That's a bummer on the cold cast layer. We have a motto around here that a mistake that you learn something from isn't really a mistake. :lol: I lost count of the number of times we had to redo the mold for the current budget helmet before we had it right. Too bad there isn't an exact science...

I agree with Mulreel on your size. For instance the Jango helmet that I offer is great for those that are 5'8" or below. Maybe a little taller if you are very thin. I think that Animefan's helmet might be a little larger than mine if I'm correct. Let me know if I can answer any questions...
