not really an accurate fett, but a mesh up of pre pro, esb and rotj... all armor parts are aluminum, the helmet is made out of stainless steel.

steoconnor: yes, just the codpiece is uncomfortable while sitting, but with the cliplocks open on the side its fine. I am a little bit dissatisfied with the breast armor though. they are a little bit too big and just a little cubic just like here:

have been to the Rogue One premiere last night at the local cinema as boba... was a lot of fun an my first troop though. by the way I also changed the visor of the helmet. I used a motorcycle helmet visor this time which worked out much better with the shape of my helmet.
I was also looking for these kind of transmission shaft for my rocket though :lol: but I absolutely agree that the original must have been custom made. I also made some research for aluminum pipes with grooves for shelf systems which look very similar too I think. but I guess they dont use...

so the suit is close to be finished now. I have made some darts for the right gauntlet and through the last few weeks I weathering all the soft parts using acrylic colors. first I dyed the flight suit a little bit darker to fit the color tone of the pre production suit more. I think...
finished painting and weathering this week. I also attached the hoses. just have to do the darts on the right gauntlet. next I will attach the gauntlets to the flightsuit with some velcro.
