You may want to try Rafalfett's Paint templates for armor or Wizardofflight's armor templates. The ones I used for the set in the first post were custom made by me and have long since gone the way of the Do-Do.

Got the light green under the kill stripes and the key slots done. Finishing up the red area along the back of the helmet. Only thing left is the pastel char around the dent, the thumb print, and the tan splatter.

Got the ears done...

Got the mandibles and cheeks done. Working on the ears now...

Spent last night trimming down the visor and getting it installed...
