Please help me, I want to make Side Box of my bike with fiber.

Dear All,

I m very new to the forum and this my first thread... You all are doing a great work ... I saw some of the post, they done very creative work.

By putting my question, I want to make a side box of my bike with fiber, please guide me.

How i can make it at home ?
How i can make the moldes ?
What raw material to be used ?
etc. etc.

Ground information :-

1- I don't know about the process of making fiber part & raw material.
2- I am an advocate now. But i am have a technical backround. (I worked for two wheeler R&D centre)

I would be grateful, if you can help my on the above..
