Hey Cruzer, just stopping by to say hello. I'm very impressed by your work! Every year Jango costumers are getting better! 8)
I'll take more orders after this run if the molds are still usable. More than likely the shell molds will still be in excellent condition, along with right gauntlet whipcord and hose attachment molds. However, more than likely I'll have to make a new mold for the flamethrower.Drat, a day late. I'm assuming (more like hoping) that you will be doing another run of these in the future.
Actually most of it is just drilling the accurate hole sizes needed. I forgot to mention I'll also be doing #16 because it includes an uncommon tool I don't want everyone to have to run out and purchase. Everything else however, can be done with a decent set of drill bits and a Dremel. Those instructions sound like a lil skill is required.
My choices exactly. I obtained the push buttons and sub-mini toggle switches from this ebay seller: http://myworld.ebay.com/dmmwem , and the slider switch here (item M): http://www.mouser.com/catalog/632/1469.PDFThe left toggle switch, the right slide switch, and the left push button all look great! Where did you get them?
For your patience in me getting your holsters out to you, I'll throw them in the box with everything else.Cruzer, how much for a set of those switches and toggles? I'm in need.
1 1/8" Freud Percision Shear Forstner drill bit (#PB-008 ) to hollow out flamethrower
I'll be doing that. See post #94 in this thread for a pic of a hollowed out flamethrower: http://www.thedentedhelmet.com/showthread.php?t=22920I have a question about step 12.
Um, hollow out flamethrower?
I'll be doing that. See post #94 in this thread for a pic of a hollowed out flamethrower: http://www.thedentedhelmet.com/showthread.php?t=22920

It's the least I can do as I appreciate your patience. I'll throw in an LED too if you can use it. The rain kept me from being able to finish them last weekend (needed to break out the spindle sander...throws dead cow skin everywhere), so they'll be finished by this weekend.I appreciate that Cruzer, but I really didn't mind the wait all that much. I know that the end product will be well worth it... it's just my un-curbed, giddy school-days enthusiasm that made it hard for me to not PM you every single day to pester you for an update.
I ordered the SM103s. They have the center position, which I like.Which particular toggle switch is that? None of the pictures in his auctions appear to look exactly like that.
