Yeah I sent an email too wondering if something was wrong. I never got a reply but I did receive the visor shortly after. I got mine about last month.

I received 3 deluxe visors from them about 2 weeks ago and all of them were scratched up out of the box.
I've sent them a message on their site and have not received a reply yet. Usually they're are very prompt and
handle great quality products....
