Salamander king servo query

Hi all

I’ve picked up a costume with a salamander king servo kit for the range finder. I managed to find the attached with some instructions from a previous thread but whilst I can get it to set in one positon, everytime I then press a button the servo goes mad and just quickly turns a small amount in each direction and only stops when I press the red button again. I can’t seem to set the parameters of the movement. I appreciate this is an old kit and I did send Salamander king a pm but he hasn’t posted on here for years. Long shot but does anyone have any advice
