Hello, I wanted to know if the tk409 page is reliable and can be bought in it and that I have read different opinions and I would like to know yours

It seems he still has his page going and still some items for sale. TK409 is the reason I found and joined The Dented Helmet back in 07.
 
There may be better options, depends what youre looking at. Chris is a well known member who's been around a while. I think someone in his family makes the parts and sells them through the site. Hes a busy guy!
