As someone who's just getting started on their ROTJ Fett it's been great to watch you progress through the entire process! Well documented and good luck on your approval!
Freaking killer job dude!! Especially in the time you had to paint it I absolutely love the paint job, the weathering is superb.
This is easily one of the best and one of my favourite ROTJ Boba's on the board..
I'll be honest, it's going to take some time to learn how to pose properly. The gauntlets are a bit awkward to hold the blaster properly, and I didn't really get a good shot of me using the flamethrower (angle was too weird). Overall, it's quite warm....but that's expected. It took 30 minutes or so to suit up, hopefully we can shave that down. It was a lot of "what should go on next" kinda deal, especially when working with electronics, etc. While they aren't shown in the pictures really, I wanted to test and see if they all worked properly. I have to patch up the velcro on my ammo belt as that has already started to come off. I have to do some more sewing that's for sure.
Walking around ...don't really know. We have a small apartment but from what I walked, it was pretty comfy. The harness definitely was worth it. I'll know more after the first troop of x amount of hours. I was in the suit approximately 2 hours....after the first little bit, you get used to it. I'll do one more suit up before fan expo to make sure everything is nice and snug.

The knee armor helps a lot. I put Velcro on the knees as well as made the elastic nice and tight. Seemed to work fine. I also put a small piece of Velcro on the back of the shin tools to keep them up.
Best of luck with your approval, Justin. I'm thinking of heading down there for some sightseeing and vacationing over my summer holidays. Maybe a joint troop or appearance? Cheers!
Ya, that's what I get for growing a beard. Might have to trim the hedge a little bit. When I install the chin cup, the helmet should look better on my head. I have a black neoprene balaclava but didn't think to wear it for the photos.
Brett: Who's justin? let me know when you're in the area! We've got lots of awesome micro brews here!
