Boba toy Modified for costume

So messing around, I took the electronics out of this talking boba Fett toy...it wasn't very loud...I snipped the speaker off and added a larger one I had lying around. It was louder. But not loud enough to be heard at a con or event...
I know zero about electronics...even though I have figured enough out on my own.
Is there something I could do to boost the volume?
