Ah, gotcha. I knew pretty much all of that, just didn't know if the term used referred to a specific incident or just a general one. Yeah, some poeple got pretty ripped off, which is too bad considering how they started out. Kind of like Master Replicas in that respect.

I count myself lucky that I got everything I paid for.

Dueno Novo... yeah, "I" wouldn't take that risk. They may be legit, but I wouldn't chance it. I'm still burning from a $600 loss on kickstarter 4 years ago.
