SIZING - helmet & etc...

I understand everyone is not created equal...cuz of my large noggin!!! I've seen people talk about adjusting the print size for helmet templates up or down in %...I wanna know what max size head circumference is best for a 100% print, and if any others have printed larger templates and what their head measured???

Also...is it best NOT to mess w/ template sizes for everything else : jet pack, armor, etc? Cuz I'm 6'4" and if I could make the jet pack look bigger for my long torso that would be great...but if not, ok!!! Of course increasing the armor size probably would only make sense!!!

I'm in the middle of my first scratch build so here's my 2 cents. Definitely scale the armor to look right when you wear it. If I remember right, Jeremy Bulloch, the original actor for Boba Fett, is 6 foot so you're not that much taller and scaling the armor isn't hard. I would say all the soft parts can stay the same size as what's on the templates provided on this site. I'm not sure on the jet pack though. I haven't gotten that far yet.

Hi. I am 6'4 as well. Have an animefan heet which fits perfect. Knee armor is v2 which fits fine but is a little wide. Would go for V3 again ( RKD). Rest of Armor is V3. And yeah fits fine again. Only not that wide on the shoulders could have half an inch extra. So I did not trim them that far. Most important is that with extra length, You have some room to adjust the suit and vest.. vest you can tighten in the back. Sleeves can be made shorter easier. smaller you can always make them. Bigger almost impossible. I hade to sew in new arm sleeves cause they were like 6" short and all measurements taken were correct. Now I've got a snug fit. If the suit looks good. I think the rest also fits to it. As our brother above. Bulloch is 6' so were not that far off.
