I made this last night and I thought it could be a useful idea...
The white pieces are Sintra curved by using the usual methods. Holes drilled, then attaching 3/8" barb fittings by use of zip ties. A spare peice of strap becomes the arm band. After sewing the velcro on and placing velcro strips on the back of the Sintra pieces its ready to go!
The piece of metal you see on the right side in the first pic is the needle I used to hand sew on the velcro. Unfortunately the only velcro I had here at the time had the industrial adhesive on the back and made it crzay hard to get the needle through. It used to be a perfectly curved upholstery needle. Oh well...another victim for the Fett!
