Strangely enough, I do not believe Gabe is a dishonest person. My experience with him as a human being was positive. Although as highlighted in my thread "good, the bad, ...", after several attempts at the flightsuit, we both gave up and I ended up spending $300 on a flightsuit that I could not wear. But then again, he did make several attempts. This doesn't seem to the behavior of a thief. Still, it is far from a quality vendor or the same high standards held by other vendors on this forum. Yeah, the armor was not good, but maybe that's improving. Metal parts were good. I don't think the E-Bay feedback is a very solid argument, because as all of us who use E-Bay know, people are reluctant to leave bad feedback for fear of receiving retaliatory feedback. Gabe doesn't leave feedback on the buyer until the buyer leaves feedback on him first. Also, once you get outside of a 45 day window, you can no longer leave feedback. I placed well over a dozen orders on E-Bay for small metal parts and left positive feedback. The items that I had problems with like the $300 flightsuit arrived after the 45 day window, others took longer than 45 days to resolve, so I could no longer leave feedback. I would summarize by saying that Evolution's quality problems are well documented. Personally, I would buy from other vendors with better quality unless it was metal parts or value shoes, but he tired to make things right for me. Of course, if I spent $2k on a full costume and received broken parts or didn't receive anything at all, I would be just as p1ssed off as snoop.....maybe more so.
