Compression Undersuit?

Yeah, going to sweat either way. I wore my stormtrooper armour for one occasion. I was in it most of the day and it was a very cold day but I was amazingly hot. I knew from that point onward that my dressing up days were over. When I'd completed my Vader build I put it on once, just to see what it was like. It was horrid. Truly horrid. Even though the back panels were mesh the surcoat and lined cape still go over it meaning there's no massive benefit. The rest of your body is covered in quilted leather and the nature of the face mask means it sits right on your face with no gap; all very heavy too. I lasted about five minutes and never again! Never.

I have worn my Fett twice an it seems cooler than my Biker Scout and definitely cooler than me Resident Evil one. Both events were inside and it was cold outside but I was never uncomfortable. Will have to see how it goes in the summer. I Under Armour Compression shorts because the are white and can't be seen thru my pants and help keep the front looking ok.

Ok might just be me but, I wear underwear and thats it cooling fans in the helmet help however.

What do you do with the Flightsuit? Do you sweat directly on it and wash it after?

Well I have only have one troop under my belt so far and it was a bit sticky, I did however air it out when I got home and spray it with antibacterial spray as soon as I took it off, I think this will work fine for a while, I will however wash it if it becomes smelly, thats just not nice at all.
