Nice job on the flight suit, Kyle.
My shin tools BARELY fit - but I also think they are a bit smaller than normal ones. I would suggest trimming your tools a bit - the patterson tool should have a gap in it. Also the anti-security blade looks a bit different. I would check references.
I wouldn't unstitch just yet...unless you know how to put it back.

Your work is coming along fast. I had placed my orders for my hemet and armor 3-4 weeks ago before you started this build thread. I just now got my armor parts and still waiting for some of my paints to come in. You did beat me on some of the purchases in the cargo hold, haha. Looks great.

Great job dulling the jetpack.
There is thread on here about attaching the hoses - if I find it I will post it. But it involves using a key ring through all 3 hoses and then the key ring is clipped onto a small carabiner that is sewn into the sleeve if the suit. You want to have easy access to take it on and off. You will also want your top hose to be on the opposite side I believe.

How are you getting rid of that 'poof'? I have the same issue...but I don't have my knees yet to find a solution.
Also - armor looks good...but it seems that some of the plates stick out off the sides of the vest a bit. Perhaps add a few more attachments?

I had foam in the pockets, just need less! yes I need more velcro or something cause yes they do stick out and it's silly lol

Ahhhhh that 'poof.' Yeah, I don't put that much stuff in my pouches 
I was more on the lines of the fabric 'bunching' or 'poofing' around my knee area. I think I may have to get it tailored a bit for a better fit. I have a good 2 inches of excess material.
