Working on custom mando armor (I could use some tips)

Hello! I am LokiDoki, I am new to making mandalorians, and using forums. Im currently making custom mandalorian armor out of EVA foam, I have my knees and cod assembled and a final design, Im not sure how I'm going to make a jetpack. Im not sure how to make it with EVA foam or how to do one for relatively cheap.

Here are templates that WOF put out years ago for the Boba Fett jetpack. You could use them as is, or modify them for a custom one.

Studio Scale 15” Jetpack Patterns

I have finally posted the studio scale 15” wide jet pack Beta Version patterns, they are still a bit rough. I haven’t yet had the chance to cut and paste this baby together and I don’t know when I’ll get the chance in the next couple of months, but I didn’t want to just sit on them so here they are.

If anyone gives them a try, let me know and I’ll help work out any issues that might pop up.

I wouldn’t use EVA foam to make it through. Sintra and PVC would work best.

Thanks for the templates, Ill look into Sintra and pvc but ill most likely stick with EVA foam for this costume, after christmas if I get a 3d printer ill try another mando with that. The thing is that I have a lot of eva foam I need to use and I know how to use it the best.
