I would like to ask, where does ESB Boba's shoulder lineage come from?

They were actually made for ROTJ, possibly for the backup or stunt suits, then dented for an ESB version.

RafalFett is correct. They were copies of screen-used shoulders used as ROTJ stunts or backups. The ESB dents were transferred from the Fettpride bucks I assume.
