Suggestions for armour

I am about to start my first build and I am thinking of starting with the armour, do you think it is possible to make it with cardboard and shape it to fit my body using bondo and fiberglass resin? Does anybody know of a tutorial on this? Any suggestions on armour templates for a 5'7'' person? Thanks!

i recommend using rafal works template for armor, but WOF works too,you can find here easily.
it's better using syntra (or simil pvc material) than carboard because you can bend it with hot gun or with normal phon and you do not have to stiffen it with fiberglass .
