Rattle can color questions for SE

I have been looking over the templates and various color threads and have a few questions.

Is there a better substitute for "RLM73" (the blue on the back of the helmet). Krylon Navy blue seems a little dark.
What's the rattle can equivalent of "concrete" and "reefer gray"? (also on the back)
Is there a rattle can color for the red scratches on the mandibles?
Similarly, is there a rattle can for the green scratches on by the kill stripes?
Should the helmet be coated in Testors dull coat?
