Problems with Polly Scale Paint

Hi everybody!
As I said in my introduction theme I'm working on Boba ESB armor. I'm getting all the needed things like the paints.

Thanks to a friend I have gotten Polly Scale paints, these are impossible to find here in Spain. But one colour is bad. The light grey is semidry, some of the liquid went out in the transport.
Does Anyone know how I can repair it?

Theyre OLD man...and probably oxidized...theyre very gummy i really have stopped using old polyscales and went with Testors model masters

Thanks! Testors are the same colors? I have worked with Tamiya and Vallejo but never with Testers, there isn't any shop here working with those paints.

Well..not exactly. They bought floquil and discontinued the line. They have similar colors not the same names though.
