For Sale NEW Shin Tool Rods (Stylus Brush Replicas) - $15

MachineCraft

Active Hunter
Introducing the Definitive Edition of our Shin Tool Rods. Originally manufactured by Michell Engineering, these parts were used on the "Shin Tools" found above Boba Fett's ankles in the Original Trilogy. Great care was taken to replicate the found parts in a way that has never been done, including more accurate materials, dimensions, knurling, and surface finish. On the screen used props, a second tapped hole was added to one of the rods to accommodate a brass screw which coupled the rods together before being installed on the Anti-Security blade. For your convenience, this second tapped hole has already been added and a brass screw is included to make installing these on your kit an absolute breeze.

Looks great. So these would be different than the version of the same item purchased in February, correct?
Thank you! That's correct. As soon as we did the updated version of the brush for the Whipcord, we made sure to modify the title of the original listing for the Shin Tool Rods as the "Legacy Version" so that it was as transparent as possible.

Thank you, Gentlemen!

Jamesfett Help will be on the way shortly in the form of a really nice gauntlet rocket and set of shin tool rods!

I have an all Bobamaker ROTJ Fett. I am finally starting on it. I swore I was gonna be happy with it as it was. That was it for my beloved Boa Fett.

I refused to buy your Gauntlet rocket as Bobamaker's is awesome and no way would I buy your beauty and then paint it all up and ugly. Then I thought,.... Wouldn't it be neat to have a Boba Armory.

Now I have to build a custom shin tool with your rods, and your gorgeous aluminum Gauntlet Rocket, will be added to the wall armory, unpainted and looking so pretty along with the ESB blaster, the Sling Gun, and eventual Pulse 40.

I was also perfectly happy with his shin tools. Now along with your rods I am looking for a squeegee.

I need help. I have a prop disease. Collectoritus.

One of us. One of us! ONE OF US!

BTW are you gonna be getting more Gauntlet Darts?
Absolutely - Expect some news on them next week!

Nice! I have one of your previous versions. Not a bad deal for $15.00! Also, it never occurred to me to have that portion of the bolt sticking out and going into the Paterson Squeegee handle...

I simply lopped off the head of a #10-32 x 3/4" bolt, just so I could get the rods secured to one another.

Right now I have the rod (Closest to the handle) secured via a bead of epoxy along the handle and for the past couple years has held up. Sorry got off track.

Guys, grab one of these if you hadn't done so already!

We're trying to make it as easy as possible to take a little less of the fab work needed out of the equation. But we ALWAYS love to see what you're working on, Matt!
