Advice is that the helmet is NOT a quick process. Take your time with it. If you start to get frustrated, take a break. I’m excited to see how yours turns out!

For the helmet install I ended up using these 3D printed clips I got on Etsy and they seem to have worked alright it was a hassle to get them in place but it worked well enough that my visor does stay in place! Honestly looking back I should have went with the Chicago screws and did it similar to what bobamaker does but I could always change it later down the roadIf you don’t mind my asking, what did you end up doing on that end?

I'll just throw out a thought or two about painting your own helmet. TDH has everything you need to understand
helmet painting. You can find stencils, paint color charts, paint brands different members have used, and a huge amount
of reference material and other inspiration to work from and do it yourself. The helmet is divided into sections. Each with its own identity
which breaks down the overall complex look into manageable smaller areas to work on. The real trick is to not be in a rush
to get done. Plan and study ahead. It's kind of like paint by numbers when you think about it. Impatience is your only enemy.
Have fun....This is the way
spicy fettAlright guys I was able to knock out another section today!
