hard to tell.. from above.. yes.. just add some new fabric over the seams.. but from the side?

They're not as tall as they should be, so I'd probably have to pull the spats trick :S

In the early days I've made boots from a lot worse, these look pretty good. As long as you can colour them. Good luck.
