MB jet pack questions

Foam filling the MB Jetpack

MB makes a recommendation to adding gerth to the pack by filling it with insulation foam, but advises to stay away from "The Great Stuff" brand as it continues to expand over time and will bloat the jet pack. Anyone foam filled their pack with sucsess? What brand of foam do you recommend?

My pack is just in the beginning stages, but I am already uncomfortable with the flimsiness of the material. I'd much prefer something solid and durable.

lol i was afraid of that! i just FGed my bucket. 'pain in the ass that was. but you're right, its probably just the ticket.

Well fiberglassing a light pack and being a pain now is better than being a pain in the neck evry time you wear it.

I've been reading that Bondoing sintra can be a bad thing. Anything I need to keep in mind while applying the FG to the sintra-made jet pack?
